Early bird registration until 8.2.25

Good to know:

Registration is done via an online portal and is as easy as buying a concert ticket.

The billing address should be the address of the institution covering the costs, not your personal address. You will receive the invoice with the confirmation email.

You will receive a ticket with a QR code for the event. Printing is not necessary if you have it available on your mobile phone.

The conference fees are as follows:

Student

Regular 250.00 € until 27.4.26 
Late 290.00 € until 28.5.26

Academia

Early bird 250.00 €until 8.2.26
Regular 300.00 € until 27.4.26 
Late 350.00 € 28.5.26
